RALPH W. GRADY

Ralph William Grady, 70-year-old resident of the Grantham/Rhodes Church area, passed away Friday morning, Nov. 20, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.

He had a career in the selling of building supplies, and was a member of Rhodes Friends Meeting.

Son of the late Herman and Flossie Murphy Grady, he is survived by his wife, Anna Dean Best Grady of the home; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Keith and Lori Grady, Matthew Grady and Scott and Teri Grady all of the Grantham/Rhodes Church area; four grandchildren, Justin, Blake, Rachel and Joshua Grady; and two sisters, Bobbie Jean Vankuren and husband, Larry, and Virginia Millard all of Goldsboro.

Mr. Grady's life will be remembered in a graveside service to be held Monday, Nov. 23, at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park, officiated by pastor Carroll Overman and pastor Kelvin Gurley.

The family will receive friends at the cemetery at the conclusion of the service and also at the residence.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Rhodes Friends Meeting, c/o Kenneth Davis, 1471 Mills Road, Mount Olive, N.C., 28365.

The Grady family wishes to express sincere gratitude to Wayne Memorial Hospital's sixth-floor nursing staff for the exceptional care it bestowed upon Mr. Grady during his times of hospitalization.
