Ponnie Simone Evans, 68, of 10763 N.C. 581 S., Bailey, died Friday at Catawba Valley Medical Center in Hickory.
The funeral service will be Friday at noon at Perry's Temple OFWB Church, 5000 Tartt's Mill Road, Wilson.
Arrangements are with Stevens Funeral Home in Wilson.
