Pamela Renee Smith McIlvaine, 38, departed this walk of life Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015 at home.
Pamela was born in Wayne County on June 19, 1977 and was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
A service to celebrate her life will be held Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2015 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory with military honors to follow. The family will receive friends following the service.
Pamela is survived by her father, Larry Smith of Charleston, S.C.; mother, Billie Carol Robbins and husband, Rex of Rocky Mount; two sons, Parker James McIlvaine and Trenton Robert Smith of Goldsboro; brothers, David Robbins of Raleigh and Allen Robbins of Sharpsburg; sisters, Jessica Jordan Smith of Charleston, S.C. and Christy Benton and husband, Craig of Pikeville; and her aunts and uncles, Judy and Michael Hood of Kinston and Evelyn and Garland Starnes of Mount Olive.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Billy Alan Gardner; maternal grandmother, Doris Price Rhodes and paternal grandmother, Idell Jordan Smith.
