James Owen Johnson Jr., 52, of Kenansville, died Saturday at his home.
He was born Nov. 4, 1962, in Catawba County to Sarah Outlaw Johnson and the late James Owen Johnson.
A graveside service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Golden Grove Cemetery in Kenansville.
He is survived by a son.
Arrangements are being handled by Community Funeral Home of Warsaw.
