Jamie Lee Cook, 29, Sylacauga, Ala., died Monday.
Graveside service will be Thursday at 4 p.m. at Shelvin Rock Cemetery in Sylacauga.
He was the son of Gary L. Cook of Princeton and Freida Edwards of Sylacauga and the stepson of the late Debra G. Cook.
He is survived by a daughter.
Visitation will be tonight 5 to 8 at Radney-Smith Funeral Home in Sylacauga.
