Mr. Arthur Earl Mangum departed this life Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015, at Tuomey Health Care System in Sumter, S.C.
He was born March 20, 1956, to the late Ernest Mangum and Betty Pearl Lewis Mangum
He is survived by one son, Douglas E. Mangum of Dudley, and two brothers, Ernest C. Mangum of Benson and Sammy L. Mangum and wife, Delores, of Dudley.
A viewing will be from 1 to 2 p.m., and the funeral at 2 p.m., Sept. 18, 2015, at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremation of Goldsboro. At other times, the family will receive friends at the address of 1709 Old Mount Olive Highway, Dudley.
