Shelby Jean Eaton Rioux, 73, Peanut Road, Snow Hill, died Saturday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro.
Funeral will be Wednesday at 7 p.m. from the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory. Graveside service will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Eureka Cemetery.
She was born in Greene County June 8, 1942, to the late Roland David and Nina Kearney Whitley. She was married to the late Leon Joseph Rioux.
She is survived by one son, a daughter, two stepsons and a stepdaughter.
Visitation will follow the service.
