Woody Joyner, 71, Waipahu, Hawaii, died July 12, 2015, at home after a short illness.
He was the son of Woodrow Wilson Joyner and Aleeda Daw Joyner, who preceded him in death.
He served his country in the United States Navy, and was retired from AT&T.
He is survived by his wife, Victoria; daughters, Philicia Griffin of Bracey, Va., and Angela Rabon of Damascus, Md.; stepdaughter, Van; five grandchildren; and sisters, Vernell Peacock of Arizona and Pam Newcomb of Pikeville, N.C.
