Emma Carol Smith Atkinson, Greenleaf Grace Village, passed quietly at home Saturday, June 27, 2015, surrounded by her loved ones.
She is survived by her children, Carlton L. Smith and wife, Freddine, Miriam Y. Smith, Larry D. Atkinson and wife, Rohanda, and Barbara Ann Atkinson Oates, and brothers, William Plato Smith and Donald E. Smith.
Visitation Friday, July 3, from 6 to 8 p.m., with funeral service Saturday, July 4, 2015, at 11 a.m. both at Canaan Church, 203 N. Claiborne St., Goldsboro, N.C.
