Keith Leon Hooks, 45, died Sunday at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, Pa.
Funeral will be Saturday at noon at Rose Hill Funeral Home chapel in Rose Hill, with Dr. Kevin Allen officiating. Burial will be at Duplin Memorial Gardens in Teachey.
He was born to James and Grace Hooks of Philadelphia, Pa.
He is survived by a daughter.
Visitation will be Saturday from 11 a.m. to noon at Rose Hill Funeral Home.
