Lynn Lancaster, 82, of Kenly, passed away Saturday.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Joyner's Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Pikeville Cemetery, Mount Carmel Church Road, Pikeville. The Rev. Gary Bailey will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 1:45 p.m. Tuesday prior to service at Joyner's Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.
Lynn is survived by his wife, Shelba Combs Lancaster; his children, Kitzi Lancaster Bass, Rickey Bryant Lancaster and wife, Betty Evans, and Regina Lancaster Southerland and husband, Tom; his grandchildren, Justin Bryant Lancaster and wife, Kelly Head, Alan Michael Southerland and Andrew Emerson Bass and wife, Anna Davis; and his siblings, Ray Lancaster, Peggy Rhew, Evangeline "Vanny" Grimes, Wade Lancaster and Joan Kearney.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Zeb Bryant Lancaster and Aileen Pate, and his siblings, Mary Alice Hamm, Clifton "Skeet" Lancaster, Ralph Lancaster and Zeb "Bee" Bryant Lancaster Jr.
Flowers are welcome, although the family would like memorials in Lynn's memory to be made to Community Home Care and Hospice, 962 N.C. 42 West, Clayton, N.C., 27520.
