Melvin L. McKeel, 84, Durham, died Monday at Hock Family Pavilion.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Clements Funeral Chapel in Durham. Burial will be in Brier Creek Memorial Gardens.
He was born in Wayne County, son of the late William and Ada McKeel. He was married to the late Thelma Jean Radford McKeel.
He is survived by two sons.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Clements Funeral Home and an hour prior to the funeral.
