Dick Arnold, 87, passed away Monday, March 30, 2015, in Baltimore, Md.
Dick was born in Glendale, Texas, Feb. 22, 1928, to the late Charlie Hugh and Lela Hanks Arnold.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Randolph Arnold.
Dick proudly served his country in the United States Air Force with 26 years of service.
Following his military career, Dick worked for 17 years with the United States government as a computer analyst.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to noon Friday, April 3, 2015, at Seymour Funeral Home, 1300 Wayne Memorial Drive, Goldsboro, followed by a service celebrating his life at noon in the chapel. Interment will follow the service in Wayne Memorial Park with military honors.
Dick is survived by his daughters, Amy Arnold Hiatt, Jacque Waters Seegars and Marilyn Waters Wester; grandchildren, McKensey Hiatt, Connor Hiatt, Aidan Hiatt, Jennifer Wester Griffin, Jackie Wester Revoir, Ben Seegars, Sallie Seegars Batchelor and John Seegars; brother, Raymond Arnold; and sister, Jane Arnold Rosenthal.
