KENLY -- Hugh Edward Johnson, 75, died on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at Johnston Health in Smithfield.
Hugh was born in Greene County on June 3, 1939 to the late Herbert Albert Johnson and Minne Lee Ginn Johnson.
Funeral service will be held Thursday at 6 p.m. in the chapel of Kenly Funeral Service with the Rev. Billy Toler officiating. The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the funeral home and other times at his home.
Hugh is survived by his wife, Shirley Bedford Johnson, one daughter and two sons.
