Catherine Bryant, 88, Sarasota, Fla., formerly of Wayne County, died Friday at Sunshine Meadows.
Funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in James T. Haskins Memorial Chapel of Haskins Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Delight Original Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery in Kenly.
She was born March 21, 1926, in Wayne County to Robert A. and Annie B. Spruiel.
She is survived by three children.
Visitation will be at the funeral home an hour prior to the service.
