William Odell "Billy" Wood, 68, Warsaw, died Sunday at Vidant Duplin Hospital.
He was born Feb. 18, 1946 to Odell and Eva Gore Wood.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Community Funeral Home of Warsaw, Inc.
The burial will be in Devotional Gardens.
