Edward Vance Dawson, 93, LaGrange, died Wednesday.
Funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home, with the Rev. Vito Bisogno and the Rev. Ivy White officiating. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery.
He was born Sept. 29, 1921, in Lenoir County to the late Burrell Edward Dawson and Luna Mae Dawson. He was married to Edna Thomas Dawson.
He is survived by two sons.
Visitation will be Saturday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home, and at other times, the family will be at the Dawson home.
