Leslie Odell Powell, 81, Rose Hill, died Tuesday at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington.
Funeral was 11 a.m. today in Community Funeral Home chapel. Burial was in Devotional Gardens in Warsaw.
He was born Aug. 3, 1933, in Duplin County to Remus Spencer Powell and Melissa Cornelia Lambert Powell. He was married to Goldie Mathis Powell.
He is survived by a daughter.
