Jerry Mack Hill, 66, died Monday evening at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Born in Wayne County, he was the son of the late Edward Wendell Hill and Evelyn Norris Hill.
A service to celebrate Jerry's life will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home, with pastor Steve Holder officiating. Burial will follow in Wayne Memorial Park.
The family will greet friends Friday beginning at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Jerry is survived by his wife, Glenda Hill; a son, Jerry Mack Hill II; his siblings, Kitty Thompson, Earl Hill and Durel Hill; and three grandchildren, Austin Tyler Hill, Cheyenne Elizabeth Hill and Amber Lynn Callison.
