Mavis Pittman Pope Godwin, 100, Wilson, died Saturday.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel of Minshew-Coley Funeral Home in Kenly. Burial will be in Kenly Cemetery.
A native of Johnston County, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Albert Pittman and the late Amanda Edwards Pittman. She was married to the late John Ed Pope Sr. and the late Paul Godwin.
She is survived by a son, a stepson and a stepdaughter.
Visitation will be tonight 6 to 8 at Minshew-Coley Funeral Home.
