FAYE S. SUTTON
March 15, 1941-Oct. 8, 2014
Faye Sugg Sutton, 73, LaGrange, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2014, at her home.
Faye was born March 15, 1941, in Greene County to the late John E.W. Sugg and Nina Sugg. She was wife of the late Ken Sutton.
Faye was a faithful member of LaGrange First Free Will Baptist Church.
She worked many years alongside her husband and sons in the family business, The Men's Den and Sutton Shoes.
Faye loved music and playing the piano.
She cherished time with her family, and loved following her grandchildren in their many activities.
A service of remembrance will be held Friday, Oct. 10, 2014, at 7 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home, with the Rev. Ronnie Hobgood officiating. Interment will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery.
Faye is survived by two sons, Darrell Sutton of LaGrange and Lionel Sutton and his wife, Lisa, of LaGrange; three grandchildren, Derek Sutton and wife, Samantha, Savannah Sutton and Elizabeth Sutton; great-grandson, Kayden Sutton; sister, Ann Dail of Lizzie; and her faithful canine companion, Angel.
The family will receive friends Friday following the service of remembrance.
