Jacob Anthony Gray, 30, Seven Springs, passed away Friday, Aug. 29, 2014, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Fremont.
Jacob was born in Wayne County Aug. 17, 1984, to Robert and Faye Gray of Kenly.
He was employed as sergeant at Maury Correctional Institution.
In addition to his parents, Jacob is survived by his wife, Tabatha Gray; son, Levi Gray; daughter, Morgan Gray; three brothers, Don Gray, Paul Gray and Jason Gray; five sisters, Kelly Clark, Patty Daughtry, Wendy Carroll, Joy Morrison and Abby McKeel; paternal grandmother, Mary Gray; maternal grandmother, Betty Evans; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
