Janet Blair Sasser, Nashville, N.C.
Born in West Virginia, and survived by her husband, Donald Sasser, a native of Fremont, and three children, Connie Clark (Mike), Randy Colegrove and Rachel Cummings (Corbin) all of Nash County.
There are four grandchildren, pastor Joshua Clark of Goldsboro, Elic Gurganus of Nashville, Tenn., Jared Clark of Wilmington and Tabitha Cummings of Nash County.
There are three great-grandchildren, Elijah Clark, Harper Clark and Hudson Clark.
Donald Sasser is the brother of Pete Sasser and Frank Sasser of Fremont and Wyatt Sasser of Newport, Va.
Funeral services Thursday, Aug. 7, at 11 a.m. at Cornerstone Funeral Home in Nashville, N.C.; visitation will precede the service.
A graveside service will be held at Elmwood Cemetery in Fremont at 2 p.m. Thursday, with visitation with the family following at United Methodist Church fellowship hall.
