Funeral and burial will be in Nashville, Tenn.
She was born March 14, 1941, in Youngstown, Ohio, to Marcellus and Alice Jones Tillery. She was married to Richard Phillips.
She is survived by her children.
Arrangements are by J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
