Maria Calderon-Castro, 35, 120 Alyssum Drive, Four Oaks, died Tuesday in Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.
Burial will be at a later date in Mexico.
She was born Sept. 15, 1978, in Zacatecas, Mexico, to Ignacio Calderon Sanchez and Antonia Castro. She was married to Pedro Vazquez.
She is survived by two children.
Visitation Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. in Haskins Funeral Home.
