Jessie Lane Craig, 92, died Tuesday night at LaGrange Gardens Assisted Living.
Born in Duplin County, she was the daughter of the late James W. and Rosa Mallard Lane, and wife of the late Eugene Craig.
She was a member of Love Memorial Baptist Church.
A service to celebrate her life will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at Love Memorial Baptist Church, with the Rev. Richard Toler officiating. Burial will follow at Wayne Memorial Park.
Family members will greet friends Saturday one hour prior to the service in the church fellowship hall.
Mrs. Craig is survived by a son, Keith Craig of Atlantic Beach, Fla.; a sister, Edna Haire of Dudley; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts in Jessie's name be directed to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America, 322 Eighth Ave., 7th floor, New York, N.Y., 10001.
