Jeffrey Bill Peele, 52, 5453 Wayne Memorial Drive, Pikeville, passed away suddenly Saturday, May 31, 2014, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends following the service.
A private graveside service will be held at Smith Family Cemetery.
Jeffrey was born in Wayne County May 1, 1962, to the late Billy and Helen Peele.
He is survived by his loving wife, Betty Peele; two daughters, Candice Peele of Pikeville and boyfriend, Ethan Barnett, and Megan Beasley and husband, Scott, of Pikeville; a grandson, Jake; a stepgrandson, Collin; and many special friends who loved him, with special thanks to Randy Smith and family, as well as the Roberts family.
He was a well-respected and highly-regarded member of his community, and will be deeply missed.
The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
