Donald Charles Loucks, 71, Turkey, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2014, at Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton.
Mr. Loucks was born Sept. 11, 1942, in Northville, N.Y., to Grace Darling Loucks and the late Charles W. Loucks.
Mr. Loucks is survived by wife, Linda Pate Loucks of the home; sons, John Steve Loucks and wife, Leslie, of Northville, Va., and Andrew Godbold of Turkey; daughters, Sandra Graham and husband, Darwin, of Northville, Va., JoEllen Boone and husband, Gregory, of Magnolia, N.C., and Beth Wiggins and husband, Wayne, of Clinton; mother, Grace Darling Loucks; and sisters, Judy Van Heusen and husband, Phil, of Morehead City, N.C., and Peggy Trzaskos and husband, John, of Edinburgh, N.Y.
He is also survived by nine grandchildren, Brian Graham, Jennifer Sawyer, Brooklynne Godbold, Brianna Godbold, Jacob Boone, Sara Lynn Loucks, Emily Loucks, Landyn Boone and Wayne Wiggins Jr., and a great-grandson, Nolan Sawyer.
In addition to his father, Mr. Loucks was preceded in death by sons, Stephen and Michael Loucks, and sister, Rosalie Ferguson.
Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, May 25, 2014, at Community Funeral Home in Rose Hill.
A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Monday, May 26, 2014, in Community Funeral Home chapel in Rose Hill, N.C. Burial will follow the service in Magnolia Cemetery in Magnolia, N.C.
