Audrey Lewis Smith, 91, Dunn, died Friday at Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehab.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Stoney Run Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church, with the Rev. Rick Kelly officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
She was born Oct. 16, 1922, in Wayne County to the late Leon Arthur and Jackie Taylor Lewis. She was married to the late Robert Glenn Smith Sr.
She is survived by a daughter and two sons.
Visitation will be an hour prior to the service in the church parlor. At other times, the family will be at the home of Tim and Kathy Ledford.
Arrangements are by Skinner and Smith Funeral Home of Dunn.
