Shirley Marie Newsome Jackson, 76, Stevens Chapel Road, Smithfield, died Tuesday.
Funeral will be 7 p.m. Friday at Casey Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. Alan Peacock officiating. Graveside service will be noon at Baker's Chapel Church Cemetery.
She was born Nov. 10, 1937, the daughter of the late John William Newsome and Letha Odessie Potter Fleming. She was married to the late Johnny Mac Jackson.
She is survived by a son and two daughters.
Visitation will be Friday from 5:30 to 7 p.m. and following the funeral.
