Timothy Wesley Lewis, 16, Beulaville, died Wednesday at the University of North Carolina Hospitals in Chapel Hill.
Funeral will be at First Baptist Church of Chinquapin Wednesday at 3 p.m., with the Rev. Darryl Ferguson officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill Funeral Home Cemetery in Magnolia.
He was the son of Jeanette and Timothy Lewis of Beulaville.
Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 7 p.m. at Rose Hill Funeral Home in Rose Hill.
