Louis Blondell White, 73, Jacksonville, died Friday at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington.
Funeral will be at St. Lewis Missionary Baptist Church in Chinquapin Thursday at 1 p.m., with the Rev. Gregory Hewett officiating. Burial will be at Magnolia Cemetery.
He was married to Linda White.
He is survived by a daughter.
