Shelby Jean Zachary Belch, 72, Virginia Beach, Va., formerly of Warsaw, died Sunday at Virginia Beach General Hospital.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Community Funeral Home of Warsaw. Burial will be in Devotional Gardens.
She was born Oct. 6, 1941, in Little Rock, Ark., to Shelby Burney and Lois Roberts Zachary. She was married to Roger Edwards Belch.
She is survived by a son and three daughters.
