BEN KOMINSKY JR.

Ben Kominksy Jr., 86, Mount Olive, retired from United States Marine Corps and a native of Orlando, Fla., passed away early Thursday at Wake Medical Center.
Full military burial rites will be rendered at a graveside service for Mr. Kominsky to be held Monday, March 17, at 2 p.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
He is survived by two sons, Adam Britt Kominsky and significant other, Sharon Smith, of Mount Olive and Ben Anthony and Julie Kominsky; a daughter, Eleanor K. Horst and husband, Richard, of Pennsylvania; and a grandson, Aaron Brady Kominsky of Mount Olive.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rama Britt Kominsky, a Mount Olive native, and a granddaughter, Jenifer Ann Kominsky.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be sent to the charity of one's choosing.
