AILEEN COKER HAMM

Aileen Coker Hamm, 84, passed away Friday, Jan. 10, 2014, at Autumn Care of Nash in Nashville.

Aileen was born in Wayne County Sept. 9, 1929, to the late Leon and Carma Holmes Coker. She was married to the late Robert Lee "Pete" Hamm.

Aileen was a caring, loving parent and grandparent whose primary goal was the happiness and security of her family.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 13, 2014, in Wayne Memorial Park.

Aileen is survived by her sons, Robert "Bobby" Hamm and wife, Brenda Sue, of Battleboro and Dalton Ray Hamm of Willow Springs; daughter, Gracie Bryant of Selma; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

She is also survived by her sister, Christine Greene of Wilmington; brother, Jimmy Coker of Dudley; and sisters-in-law, Gladys Walker and Irene Rogers.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 12, 2014, at Seymour Funeral Home.

Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
