Mrs. Dorothy J. Ellis died Monday at Avante of Wilson.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Eastern Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 1401 N. Carolina St., with elder Timothy L. Dortch officiating. Burial will follow in Wayne Memorial Park North, Old Grantham Road.
There will be no public visitation.
The family will receive family and friends one prior to the service at the church.
Hamilton Funeral Chapel is serving the family.
