SMITHFIELD -- Esther Mae Capps Baker, 67, died Monday at home.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home, with the Rev. Gene DeWitt and the Rev. Jimmy Price officiating. Burial will be in Baker's Chapel Church Cemetery.
Born March 16, 1946, in Johnston County to the late Herman Wilson and Maude Toler Capps, she was the widow of the Rev. Joseph O. "Joe" Baker.
She is survived by a son. Visitation was Tuesday.
