PRINCTON -- Andrew John Fazakerly, 33, passed away Friday, Sept. 13, 2013, at his home.
Andrew was born in Durham County June 22, 1980, to Chris Lee Fazakerly and Lynda Stewart Fazakerly.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Faith Fellowship Church, with Dr. Randy Spaugh officiating.
The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
In addition to his parents, Andrew is survived by his stepmother, Robin Fazakerly, and brothers, David Christopher Fazakerly and wife, Aaryn, of Fremont and Daniel Lee Fazakerly and wife, Sarah, of Fuquay-Varina.
