KINSTON -- Lawrence Leonard Boone, 74, died Monday.
Funeral will be Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Bethel Free Will Baptist Church. Interment will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
He was born June 18, 1939, in Lenoir County to the late Dempsey and Elsie Fields Boone. He was married to Alice Faye Stroud Boone.
He is survived by a daughter.
Visitation will be Wednesday following the service, and at other times at the home.
Arrangements are by Rouse Funeral Home of LaGrange.
