KINSTON -- Mandy Pugh, 84, of 521 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., died Wednesday morning at home surrounded by her family. Arrangements are incomplete with Loftin Memorial-J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home, 106 N. East St., Kinston.
