Cindy Lee Fowler, 53, died Tuesday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Graveside services were held today at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
The family received friends following the service.
She was born in Virginia June 30, 1960, to Curtis L. Chapman of Virginia and the late Patricia Starkey Chapman. She was married to Steven Fowler.
She is survived by two daughters.
Arrangements are by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory.
