EDWIN "BUNK" BASS

Edwin "Bunk" Bass, 75, passed away peacefully Friday, Aug. 9, 2013, surrounded by his family.
Bunk was born in Greene County Oct. 2, 1937, to the late William Thomas and Florence Taylor Bass.
Bunk was proceeded in death by his parents, William Thomas and Florence Bass; his brothers, Curtis Bass, William "Bill" Bass, Charlie James Bass and Joe Bass; his sisters, Sally Mae Lloyd and Joyce Sauls; and great-granddaughter, Macy Lee.
Bunk is survived by his sons, Keith Bass and wife, Michele Bass, Ricky Bass and Roby Bass and girlfriend, Lyndsey Benton; his daughter, Panda Bass; his grandchildren, Jesica, Kris, Ty, Gage, Tori and Peyton Bass; and great-grandchild, Landon Ross Floyd.
The family will receive friends Monday, Aug. 12, 2013, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home in Fremont.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Stantonsburg Cemetery.
We will love you and will miss you "Daddy," "Granddaddy Bunk."
