FAY PADGETT KELLY

Fay Padgett Kelly, 69, of Faison passed away Wednesday night at Vidant Duplin Hospital.
She was born in Pender County to the late Charlie and Ella Gurganus Padgett, and was the widow of Joe "Sam" Kelly.
Mrs. Kelly was the office manager for Kelly's Motor Company.
A funeral service will be held Monday evening at 6 p.m. in the chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Rose and the Rev. Danny Smith officiating. Burial will be on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends following the service on Monday evening, and at other times will be at the home of Brian & Jill Kelly, 542 Bill Clifton Road, Faison.
She is survived by two sons, Michael Kelly and wife, Beverly, and Brian Kelly and wife, Jill, all of Faison; a brother, Charles "Buddy" Padgett of Warsaw; a sister, Barbara Futrell of Elizabethtown; four grandchildren, Jordan Bland and husband, Clint, Della Kelly, Joseph Kelly and Jacob Kelly; and a special niece, Rene' Holland.
