WILMINGTON -- Susan Gertrude Blow Waters, 83, of 3108 Durbin Court, died Tuesday at Brightmore Assisted Living Facility.
Mrs. Waters was a retired social worker at Caswell Center.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Pinelawn Memorial Park, Kinston.
She is survived by a son, Tom Waters of Wilmington, N.C., and two granddaughters.
Arrangements are with Edwards Funeral Home, Kinston.
