Norma Gail Jones Ulmer, 75, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012, at Vidant Medical Center.
She was a native of Cleveland, Ohio, and was raised in Pleasure Ridge Park, Ky.
Norma was retired from Civil Service.
She was a caring, loving parent and grandparent whose primary goal was the happiness and security of her family.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14, 2012, at Wayne Memorial Park, with the Rev. Jerry Mitchell officiating.
The family will receive friends Friday following the service at the cemetery and other times at the home.
Norma is survived by her daughter, Michelle Kiefer and partner, Scott Andraka, of Goldsboro; and her granddaughters, Rebecca Kiefer and Victoria Kiefer.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister.
