Nathaniel Best Jr. died Sunday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Goldsboro Chapel Free Will Baptist Church. Interment will be at Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
He was born Nov. 13, 1948, to the late Golden and Hilda Best in Wayne County. He was married to Magdalene Best.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. At other times, the family will receive friends at 1904 Beech St.
Arrangements are by E.M. Matthews Funeral Home and Cremation Inc.
