Gail Casey, 53, passed away Thursday, Nov. 08, 2012, at the home.
Funeral services will be held today at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro. The family will receive friends afterwards. Interment will follow at Eureka Cemetery.
Mrs. Casey was born in Wayne County on Oct. 3, 1959.
She is survived by one son, James Casey and wife, Kimberly, of Colorado; three daughters, Tonya Roberson of Goldsboro, Tosha Casey of Goldsboro and Tammy Casey and husband, Eddie Hughes, of Goldsboro; two brothers, Alvin Harrison and wife, Tracy, of Goldsboro, who was her sole caregiver, and Buck Blizzard and wife, Jackie, of Pikeville; one sister, Joan Smith of Pikeville; and 18 grandchildren.
Mrs. Casey was preceded in death by her mother, Melonese Blizzard Coley, her father, Al Harrison, and one brother, Kenneth Blizzard.
The family would like to say a special thank you to David and Ashley Person. The family will be receiving friends other times at the home of her brother, Buck and Jackie Blizzard, 582 Big Daddy's Road in Pikeville.
