Jimmie Issac Caison, 60, died Monday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
He was the son of the late Carrie Turner and Joseph Albert Caison.
He was preceded in death by his son, Gregg Richards.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Pine Forest United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Surviving are his wife, Diane F. Caison of Parkersburg, W.Va.; two daughters, April Ashbrook (Travis) of Antioch, Calif., and Monica Capps (Tim) of Brentwod, Calif.; two sisters, Joyce Simmons of Oxnard, Calif., and Mary C. Flowers of Goldsboro; two brothers, J. A. Caison Jr. (Julia) of Kinston and Ray Caison (Cheri) of Goldsboro; and five grandchildren.
