Brenda Langston West, 67, of US Hwy. 13 North, died Thursday at University of North Carolina Hospital in Chapel Hill.
A service to celebrate her life was held Saturday at noon at Patetown Church of God.
Brenda was born in Wayne County to the late Wilbur and Lola Pelt Langston.
The family is being served by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
