James William Moses died Sept. 20 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
He was born on July 1, 1936, in Goldsboro to the late James and Savie Moses.
He is survived by his wife and four children.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. on Saturday at St. Mark Church of Christ. Visitation will be held an hour prior to services and at other times at 204 E. Hooks River Road.
Burial will be at Wayne Memorial Park North.
E.M. Matthews Funeral Home and Cremation is in charge of arrangements.
